Why We're Shifting to 50 Minute Sessions

Starting November 1st we are switching our class duration from 55 minutes to 50 minutes. I know, I know - another change! But this one is to better your experience here along with making our schedule more sustainable for our staff.

This is industry standard. If you look at other studios around town or the nation, you will see that most of them are at 50 minutes. This also allows for less congestion at the studio when people are coming and going.

This allows classes to start on time. There's nothing worse than a class not starting on time when you made sure to get here on time, if not early! We know things come up and life happens! We will not be waiting for those that arrive late to start class; it will start right at the listed time. If you're a few minutes late, jump right into class to catch up. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we will ask that you skip the class for the day. We are normally well into the workout and don't want you to jump in and get injured without a warm up.

Our instructors need a bio break. You might have seen myself or Maria sprinting to the bathroom in between classes - we just want to make sure we have time to use the facilities, grab a quick snack, and get ready to greet the next crew coming in!

Connection with you all! We strive to create a safe and supportive place for you all to move. One thing we pride ourselves on is knowing you, what you're going through, what injuries you might have, what your goals are, even if you're having a crappy day. This extra 5 minutes allows us to connect with you all on where you are before we start moving.
