Studio Policies

We know this isn't the fun stuff, but it is important stuff! Please know these policies are in place to make sure our staff is able to support you the best we can through your movement practice. If you have any questions, please reach out to us at info@uncommonpracticepilates.com.

what you need to know :

  • Please sign up via Wellness Living prior to joining us for class to ensure you have a spot. You will need to add a payment method (Credit Card, Visa, etc.) in order to book your spot.
     

  • Please arrive on time! We ask that students arrive no more than 5 minutes early for their class, to keep the space comfortable for other clients.
     

  • Students who are 10 minutes or more late to class will not be permitted to join, and will be charged as a "late cancel"
     

  • Grippy socks are optional, but are highly suggested! If you need a pair, they are available for purchase at the front desk.
     

  • We totally understand that things come up, and you may not be able to attend a class that you've signed up for. However, we do have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you have to cancel less than 24 hours before your class, you will be charged for the class.
     

  • Not every class is a good fit for every person! Please be mindful of the level of class that you are signing up for. When in doubt, check in with our instructors to make sure a class is safe for you!
     

  • We love your families, but your movement practice is a time to focus on YOU. Please refrain from bringing in your kids or pets during your class or session!

  • Memberships will auto-renew monthly. 

  • To cancel, please provide written notice 30 days prior to cancellation date.

  • Monthly memberships cannot be shared with families and friends.

  • Monthly memberships may be upgraded or downgraded (ie. 12/month to 16/month, or 8/month to 4/month, membership to class package) by providing a written request at least 7 days prior to your next billing date. 

  • Memberships may be put on hold at any time with a 7 day written notice. Holds must be at least 14 days (2 weeks) long.

  • Unused classes will not roll over to the next month

  • Refunds are not available for monthly membership purchases.

  • Class packages are a one-time purchase. They will not auto-renew. 

  • Class Packages have a 6-month expiration. Unused classes will not roll over.

  • Refunds are not available for unused classes.

  • Class packages CAN be shared with families and friends.
