At Uncommon Practice Pilates, we offer a variety of options to get moving. Whether you're just starting out on your Pilates journey, have been practicing for years, or are just coming back to the studio after a break, we have the class or private session for you!
Our group classes are small, with a max of 6 participants, and are led by our expert instructors. Classes are organized by level, so be sure to read the description of each to make sure it's the right fit for you!
Level 1 and 1/2 classes are appropriate for participants who are new to pilates, while levels 2, 2/3 and 3 are appropriate for participants with past experience.
If you are interested in Physical Therapy, please contact the studio to be referred to our in-house PT.
Pilates Education and Training

Private sessions are an excellent option to get to know equipment, common movements, or just get comfortable with the flow of a pilates session. Private sessions are also an excellent opportunity to address specific and unique challenges, such as injuries or physical challenges.

Duets, trios and private group classes are great options for participants who want to try pilates with a friend, a partner and/or a family member! More personalized than a group class, duet, trio and private group sessions will be tailored to your groups specific needs.
